RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if you are not, or you wish to cancel your order, you may return the order within 30 days of receipt, unopened and in its original condition that you received it, and we will refund you in full.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to us
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged, please return the items within 14 days from receipt and we can either offer a refund or replacement. We may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.
Please note that we do not offer collection of items that are to be returned.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please be aware that as this product is classified as a dangerous good, there are specific regulations about shipping it. Compliance with these regulations is your responsibility in the event of a return.
You should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking. Please ensure the returned parcel is properly sealed.
We will issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received, if it meets our conditions for resale. We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged.
Upon receipt, we will consider whether a product claimed to be damaged was actually damaged when originally delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product before you have contacted us. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds can take up to 4 weeks (because of the time to receive the return, processing the return and the bank processing the refund) but in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit applied to the original method of payment.
For any products purchased from another retailer, such as a department store, you wish to return, then that return will need to be made in accordance with the relevant retailer’s returns policy, and items should not be returned to us.
